Welcome to Grow Cafe! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following policies:

1. Socks Required
   - All adults and children must wear socks in the play area for hygiene and safety. If you forget, socks are available for purchase.

​

2. Play Session Scheduling
   - If you do not have a scheduled one-hour open play session, cafe orders are available for pick-up only.

  - Walk-in play is allowed if reservations are available and space permits. Please check availability upon arrival.

3. Safety Waivers
   - Safety waivers must be signed and completed before children are allowed to play. This ensures we have all necessary information and consent for a safe play environment.

4. Health and Safety
   - To keep our play cafe healthy and safe, children showing symptoms of illness will need to reschedule their play session once they have fully recovered.

5. Cashless Facility
   - We are a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay for your convenience.

FAQs

What are your hours of operation?

   - We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed for regular business on Sunday except for private bookings.

 

What is the cost of admission?

   - For children 2 and up, the cost is $12.00 on weekdays (M-F) and $14.00 on Saturdays. Children 1 and under are $10.00 on weekdays and $12.00 on Saturdays. Children under 1 are free with a paid sibling.

 

What does admission include?

   - Admission includes one hour of playtime. Two adults are included in the admission price, and additional adults are $7.00 each.

 

Do you offer memberships?

   - Yes, members can reserve one hour of playtime daily from Monday to Friday. Membership benefits also include one free coffee beverage per month and a 25% discount on merchandise and Saturday entry fees. Check out our membership tag to check out the other many perks!

 

What types of activities do you offer?

   - We partner with various local groups to offer a variety of family activities such as floral arrangement classes, story time, yoga sessions, and more.

   - We offer a full cafe menu with a variety of coffee beverages including lattes, espressos, and all your cafe favorites.

 

Do you serve food?

   - Alongside our drinks, we offer a selection of snacks and light fare suitable for both children and adults.

How do I make a reservation?

   - Reservations can be made online through our website or by calling our cafe during business hours. - coming soon

 

Can I book a private event?

   - Yes, private bookings are available Friday - Sundays. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and options: info@growcafeclt.com.

 

Is there a cancellation policy for reservations?

    - We kindly ask for 48-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation to avoid charges. - **deposits are non-refundable.
